Welcome to Groovy. By downloading or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Groovy.
You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for keeping your account secure.
You own the photos and content you create. By posting to a group wall or sharing, you grant us a limited licence to store and display that content so the app can function. You're responsible for what you post.
Groovy is a social app. You agree not to post or send content that is:
We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You can block any user and report content in-app; we review reports and remove violating content and users, typically within 24 hours.
Run responsibly and follow local laws. Groovy is not a substitute for your own judgment about where and when it's safe to run or use your phone.
Sign-in (Apple, Google), Spotify, and maps are provided by third parties under their own terms. We're not responsible for their services.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Groovy is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
